Employee Benefits Associate Attorney (Chicago)
Chicago office of prestigious Labor & Employment boutique seeks to hire an associate attorney with 3 to 5 years of experience for its robust Employee Benefits Practice Group. Qualified candidates should have a strong background in tax-qualified plans and sophisticated, broad-based experience in a broad range of health and welfare plan drafting and counseling. Additional experience with employee benefits aspects of M&A deals is a plus but not required. Preference for associates with prior law firm experience although the firm is open to attorneys coming from the Big 4 consulting firms. This firm is well-known for its reasonable expectations in terms of billable hours, and it has held onto a longstanding culture of collegiality and collaboration.
