TAMI HAMMERSLEY has 12 years of experience as a legal recruiter. Before joining Mendelsohn Legal, Tami was a practicing attorney with a Connecticut law firm, Berchem, Moses & Devlin, P.C. and with Chapman and Cutler, LLP in Chicago. Tami began her career in legal recruiting and business development at Robert Half International, Inc., the world’s first and largest specialized staffing firm, where she was recognized in the top 5 percent of recruiters worldwide. Tami later became a director of business development for the Chicago office of Providus, a national legal staffing boutique firm.

KATE STENDAHL MEIER's global experiences and industry contacts help make her a rising star in the legal recruiting community. Kate connects firms and corporations with top legal talent. She works with high level candidates to formulate and execute strategies to achieve their career goals. Kate is passionate about creating the right fit and providing continuing career and business development support to her candidates as they develop their careers.

Prior to joining Mendelsohn Legal, Kate was a practicing attorney for a top tier law firm in Chicago and also practiced in London. Kate then worked in law firm marketing and business development in Hong Kong. Kate graduated from Northwestern University and the University of Minnesota Law School, studied at Uppsala universitet in Sweden and holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Commercial Law, with Commendation, from Nottingham Law School in England.
